a boy carrying god is a project about the things we carry quietly.

It is a reflection on faith, grief, love, memory, and becoming — on the invisible weight we inherit, the people we carry with us after they are gone, and the parts of ourselves we are still learning how to understand.

There is also a search for love woven through it — something mysterious and difficult to name. A longing for a connection that feels familiar before it can be explained, found somewhere between longing and recognition, in the spaces between two people, in what is said and what remains unsaid. A search for something that may be less about finding and more about remembering.

The songs exist somewhere between belief and doubt, tenderness and strength, presence and absence. They come from the places where words often fall short: the memory of someone loved, the ache of someone gone, the questions we carry about who we are, and the quiet hope that somewhere in all of it, there is something worth finding.

At the center of the project is the image of a boy carrying something greater than himself. Something sacred. Something heavy. Something he may not yet fully understand.
